ADMISSION OF STUDENTS TO CAMPUSES:
Students who study outside the place of residence have the right to participate in the competition, have Montenegrin citizenship and students with the status of a foreigner with permanent residence in Montenegro, who first enrolled the semester of the corresponding year of study and did not change the study program. The number of available places is allocated in proportion to the number of enrolled students in private and public institutions of higher education. If the number of applicants is higher than the number of available places in the home, the candidates who have a better success in the previous year of study, or a higher index of success in the previous year, will have priority.
AWARDING STUDENT LOANS
The number of credits granted is also allocated in proportion to the number of enrolled students in private and public institutions of higher education, which varies from year to year. Students of higher education institutions of basic academic and applied studies and specialized academic and applied studies who have Montenegrin citizenship as well as students with the status of a foreigner with permanent residence in Montenegro who have first entered the semester of the corresponding year of study are not eligible for the student loan changed the study program. If more candidates apply, priority is given to students who have better success in the previous year of schooling, or a higher index of success in the previous year of study. Under equal conditions in terms of success, priority is given to students whose parents or guardians exercise the right to material security under the regulations on social protection. The amount of credit depends on the achieved success in the previous year of education, that is, the success index and the year of studies.
The right to student loan is not realized:
- students who did not fulfill the school condition in the previous academic year in accordance with the Statute of the higher education institution,
- students who have changed the study program,
- students with an index of success of less than 6.00.
